Complete industry research, project documentation and valuation modeling for specific investment segments: Healthcare，Semiconductor & Advanced Manufacturing，New Energy and Consumer Tech etc.
Industry research: be able to read overseas listed companies' financial reports and overseas industry research reports fluently and make use of them; collect and organize industry and market information materials, do interviews and minutes, conduct industry analysis and write reports.
Investment: Conduct research on project companies, complete (preliminary)/project approval reports, investment decision reports and daily project documents, and participate in all nodes of the project. Assist in the post-investment management and resource matching of invested projects.
Others: Collaborative support for other investment matters of the company.
Bachelor degree or above from domestic 985 or overseas excellent universities, majoring in science and technology related fields; Master or PhD education background in specific tracks is preferred.
More than 3 years working experience in VC/PE, investment bank, consulting institution, etc., with certain industry professional foundation, and financial and legal related knowledge and skills required for investment.
Strong self-drive and willingness for self-growth, as well as good teamwork spirit.
Good oral and written English and Chinese expression and document writing skills, and be a good listener.
Cooperate with the investment team to complete information collection and collation, document writing, interview, meeting minutes, data analysis, financial analysis, valuation modeling, etc. in the process of industry research and project investment.
Master degree or above from domestic 985 or overseas excellent universities, majoring in science and technology; MBA is preferred.
Previous internship experience in investment institutions or first-tier consulting firm is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, PPT production skills, financial modeling skills, research and analysis skills; strong independent thinking skills and teamwork skills.
The internship period should be at least 6 months and need to be on site at least 3 days per week.
